How we calculate this

We take your inputs (your referral or admission volume and your average episode value), apply published industry rates for each place revenue leaks, add a conservative estimate of how much we recover, then cut the total by 20%. The number you see is below what we model, on purpose.

We model every stream where revenue slips: denials caught before submission, coding accuracy, LUPA exposure, recertification, and audit defense. Each is estimated separately from published industry rates and your own volume, then summed across the episode.

Rates come from published industry data and your agency's own numbers; recovery rates are our conservative estimate of what we catch. Hospice uses the same method with hospice-specific rates. This is an estimate based on your inputs, not a guarantee.
